Shipping

Each piece leaves the Chennai studio in the same spirit it was made.

India

Voxel Forge ships across all India pincodes, dispatched from the Chennai studio. Shipping within India is free.

Pieces in this initial period are largely made to order. Dispatch by the end of the first week after order is confirmed; delivery within approximately 14 days of dispatch. These estimates reflect the current production cadence and may tighten over time.

Domestic shipments are not separately insured.

Each piece ships in protective studio packaging.

International

The standard checkout processes India orders only. International buyers are invited to contact the studio directly to arrange a shipment.

For orders arranged with the studio: the shipment is handled by a studio-selected courier, transit is approximately 14 days, and the shipment is insured. Courier charges and any applicable duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are billed directly.

International shipments cover the printed shade only. Bases and hardware are not shipped abroad. Each shade is compatible with a standard E27 socket and a fitting sourced locally; the studio advises on this when arranging the order.
